Alphabet Day Nurseries has compiled a Policies and Procedures Pack for the benefit of the children, parents and the nursery staff. We believe an operational plan, which includes a set of sound, well-developed policies and procedures is central to high-quality child care provision.

The policies and procedures set out in this Pack are constantly evolving. They are a baseline which underpin decisions made every day; they act as reference points for all good practice in the nursery. They form the core processes on which our parent/carer partnership is based.

Through constant review of the policies and procedures, we ensure good practice is maintained. In accordance with our commitment to working with you in partnership, we welcome your input towards the further development of these policies and procedures.
